Shipping Information

At NestJoy, we're committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and delightful. Below are the details of our shipping and return policies to keep you informed every step of the way.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Contiguous U.S.: Enjoy flat-rate shipping of $14.95 per order. We select the most economical shipping method, which may include USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Delivery typically takes 5–30 days from the shipping date.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer 2nd Day or Next Day Air options. Expedited shipping charges are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that cut-off times for expedited shipping vary by warehouse; allow at least 1 business day from order placement to receive tracking confirmation.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout. Available options include UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

  • Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories: Shipping charges are based on weight and destination, with orders shipped via USPS. Available options and charges are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Shipping charges are based on product weight and destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country, typically ranging from 7–30 days. Additional fees, such as taxes, duties, and brokerage, are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Sample Orders

  • Domestic (50 States): No additional shipping charges apply. Please allow 5–7 business days for samples to ship and an additional 5–25 days for delivery.

  • Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories: A $5 shipping charge applies. Sample orders ship complete from our retail location; please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • International: Flat-rate shipping charges apply based on the destination country. Sample orders ship complete from our retail location; please allow a minimum of 35 days to receive your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary by country.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to your email. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days, please contact us at orders@nestjoy.com.

Returns Information

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.​

General Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be uncut, unopened, and in resalable condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of order receipt.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. This fee, along with any return shipping charges, is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at returns@nestjoy.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@nestjoy.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, limited-stock, and closeout items are final sale and not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

 

Installation Disclaimer

  • NestJoy is not responsible for any costs related to the installation or removal of products, regardless of the return reason. We recommend inspecting all items upon arrival and before installation.
